Full Gas Installation Safety Checks and LGSR's
Ensure your property is fully safe and compliant with a Gas Safety Certificate, or LGSR (CP12). This certificate confirms that your gas appliances, installation pipework, and gas meter have been thoroughly inspected and tested by a qualified Gas Safe engineer. Rest easy knowing you are covered for the year ahead.
Any concerns found will be communicated clearly, along with practical solutions to resolve them effectively.
Diagnosis and Repairs
In need of an experienced and skilled repair engineer? Whether troubleshooting issues from afar or conducting an in-home inspection, we are dedicated to delivering effective and cost-efficient solutions for your gas concerns. After diagnosing the problem, you'll receive an honest, straightforward report detailing the diagnosis and a repair quotation. Once the repair is completed, you'll receive a Repairs Record for your reference.

Appliance Servicing
Keep your home running efficiently with our annual servicing for boilers, back boilers, fires, water heaters, and warm air units. Regular servicing ensures your appliance runs smoothly and helps identify potential issues before they become significant problems. It's also essential for maintaining your appliance warranty.
As part of our service you will receive a Gas Service and Maintenance Record, along with a comprehensive Gas Safety Check of both the appliance and gas installation, giving you the confidence that your property is safe and secure.
Small Appliance Installation
If you are thinking about installing, replacing, or removing a small appliance such as a Gas Hob, Cooker, or Fire, we are here to assist.
After discussing what options you have, we'll attend for a quick survey to ensure that on the day of install things should go smoothly. You will then receive confirmed options and a quotation. Once the appliance and any parts are supplied and installed, the new appliance will be commissioned and tested by a qualified Gas Safe Engineer. You'll receive a Gas Safety Certificate, the notification, and any warranty documentation from the Manufacturer.
